Color masterbatch can be applied to all plastic products and applications. BLACK MASTERBATCH

Black and white masterbatch can be used widely in the plastic industry by adding to other colorful products to adjust the intensity, cover the aesthetic aspect. Black masterbatch, which is made from base plastics, carbon and other additives, has been applied widely in pipe extrusion and plastic tape production.

Applications of black masterbatch:

In automotive and other black mass stone coating
In injection molding and extrusion
In blow molding and films and other pigmentation sections.
In silage wrap films applications and dripping irrigation pipes.

WHITE MASTERBATCH

On the other hand, white masterbatch is a combination of base plastics, TiO₂ and Calcium Carbonate powder. TiO₂is added aiming to improve whiteness and reducing costs of the products. Light fastness: 4-5
Processing temperature: 140-200^oC
Heat resistance: 200^oC
Migration resistance: 5
Application: it’s suitable for blown film, extrusion blow, injection molding, spin dyeing and some other final products (films, bottles, pipes, housewares, toys and sport package, wire and cables, etc.)
Special properties: good dispersion ability with high color strength, free of agglomeration, easy to use and bring many other benefits for users.

GREEN MASTERBATCH

Composition: it contains Green 7 pigment, polyolefin and additives (dispersion agents and processing aids).
Light fastness: 7-8
Processing temperature: 140-250^oC
Heat resistance: 250^oC
Migration resistance: 5
Application: it’s suitable for blown film, extrusion blow, injection molding, spin dyeing and some other final products (films, bottles, pipes, housewares, toys and sport package, wire and cables, etc.)
Special properties: good dispersion ability with high color strength, free of agglomeration, easy to use and bring many other benefits for users.

BLUE MASTERBATCH

Composition: it contains Blue (15:3) pigment, polyolefin and additives (dispersion agents and processing aids).
Light fastness: 7-8
Processing temperature: 140-280^oC
Heat resistance: 280^oC
Migration resistance: 5
Application: it’s suitable for blown film, extrusion blow, injection molding, spin dyeing and some other final products (films, bottles, pipes, housewares, toys and sport package, wire and cables, etc.)
Special properties: good dispersion ability with high color strength, free of agglomeration, easy to use and bring many other benefits for users; easily modified as your requirements in heat resistance, thermal strength, superior fastness, environmental-friendly, food contact grade, color shade, light resistance and other given properties.
